Democracy Ateneo Announcement 5-17-14

We will be taking a recess from this month's Universidad de la Tierra Califas' Democracy Ateneo for Saturday, May 17 in San Jose. As we join with others in mobilizations taking place across the Bay Area and beyond denouncing recent attacks on Zapatista communities, we anticipate continuing our dialogue in upcoming ateneos about how to advance Zapatismo outside of Chiapas. Compa@s on the UT Califas list serve have sent information on such mobilizations--please refer to those emails for more information.
